Happy Camp, Netarts Bay, Oregon

Please come play with us for the weekend.
We look forward to sharing this special time with you.
We can't wait!

Lodging information:

There will be a shared house with full kitchen and bath available for your lodging from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. Families with children will be given priority to private rooms. For folks who desire entirely private lodging, contact Theresa at Happy Camp or check out the town of Oceanside for other lodging nearby.
Please come and stay for the entire weekend if you can!

What to bring:

Please bring all of your own food for the entire weekend except for Saturday dinner, which will be provided. If you wish, please bring a contribution toward a potluck breakfast on Sunday morning.
We will be making an egg frittata to share and serving any leftovers from Saturday's dinner.

Please also bring:

comfortable clothes for playing on the bay
rain gear (in case) and warm clothes for changing weather
life vests
sleeping bag/mat (in case no private rooms are available...adults w/ no child(ren) only)
camera! (you will be our photographer!)
BYOL (we won't be serving any liquor, so BYOL)
an instrument or two for jammin'

Driving Direction information:

If you are coming from Eugene, we recommend taking Hwy 99 through Corvallis as a more scenic route. Google Maps will likely route you onto I-5 to Salem. We have not gone this way, so can't recommend it, but there is a chance it will save you time. Please call us if you have any questions at all about how to get to Happy Camp from where you will be coming from. We are getting so excited to see you!

Ceremony information:

We don't have an exact time because we want to wait for the right time to start our ceremony. We are planning a tentative time of 3:33 in the afternoon. Please arrive by 1pm on Saturday at the latest in case we change our mind and want to start sooner.

Dress is whatever you wish. Dressing up is fun! Do be sure you are comfortable and have layers and rain protection. Ladies, don't bother with heels! We plan to be married right on the sand by the water.

We will be standing in a circle on the beach for neither a very short time nor a very long time. Please let us know if you have any concerns....
